These guys are incredible. My wife’s car was making a pretty concerning noise on a drive to Irvine, and I was too far away to do much about it other than tell her to call AAA. She found these guys at 12pm on a saturday(which happened to be her birthday), and in spite of being slammed, were able to get her in, diagnose the problem, and in a situation that could have easily been manipulated into something bigger and more costly, did the honest thing, and got the simple problem fixed in a matter of an hour, and charged her a totally reasonable rate for it. 5 stars from a grateful husband. Highly recommend.

My husband first found this shop and recommended it to me. To be honest, I didn't always come here from the start. I used to try well-known big franchise repair shops like Midas, a few other local places, and even the official dealership, but every single time, I left completely disappointed by their service and overpriced quotes. That all changed when I visited this shop and noticed the current owner working there as a mechanic, shortly after, the previous owner retired and passed the entire business to this dedicated mechanic. That’s how our relationship started, and I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years now. Even after I started coming here, in the beginning, I would occasionally get quotes from other shops just to check and double-check. But honestly, no other place could ever beat this shop in terms of price, skill, and pure honesty. With every visit, my trust in them grew, and they took better and better care of my car. After realizing that, I stopped wasting my time trying to compare quotes—I now trust them 100% and don't bother looking anywhere else. To be fair, my Porsche Cayenne is an older model now, so over the last two years, I’ve had to visit the shop more fr

Phenomenal experience at Intune Motors! Recently moved to Irvine and had some anxiety in finding a reputable mechanic for my BMW X3. Followed a recommendation and am grateful I took it. Andres was a great pleasure to work with and the owner/lead mechanic Tuc is highly skilled and results oriented. My car failures were quite complicated and they patiently identified root causes, shopped around for best prices on parts, and labor costs were very reasonable. Glad to have identified my trusted go-to mechanic here and will be certainly sending friends/family here.

Just had an awesome experience here with Andrew. It’s 4:40pm as I write this. At 4:35pm I pulled into their parking lot actually looking for the wrong business and walked into their back office instead of their office, both because I was in a rush and scatter brained. I’m glad however that I found Intune Motors by a nice stroke of good fortune. I was looking for a brake check and expecting a pad replacement because of squeezing and 140k miles on my Tesla. I split on a one hour wait at Pep Boys about 20 min prior bc of bad customer service and mixed messaging from that other shop. Andrew had a positive attitude, came out immediately to scope out the car, told me my brakes were fine, and wished me well with a smile. He gave off an extremely trustworthy vibe (I don’t know jack about cars, but I do know people). I was in and out of the parking lot in 5 minutes.

Had a great experience with this shop. Andrew, the manager, was straightforward and honest. After checking the brake fluid on my Mini Cooper, he told me it didn’t need to be changed—something the dealership never mentioned. They also gave me a nice first-time customer deal. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on.
